SteamRocket Rockets to Success on CV Giving Day

SteamRocket, the heart-driven nonprofit committed to sparking young minds through affordable and free STEAM programs, reached new heights on Coachella Valley Giving Day, held on March 5, 2024. With generous donations totaling $1365 to help deliver exciting summer STEAM programs for local kids.

Elle Decker, President of SteamRocket, shared her heartfelt gratitude, saying, "We're over the moon with the support we've received on CV Giving Day. It's a testament to the incredible generosity and belief in our mission from our fantastic community. The donations will directly contribute to providing outstanding STEAM experiences for local kids – and we can't wait for the excitement this summer will bring!"

The strategic use of #CVGivingDay2024 across social media raised awareness and secured SteamRocket one of the Hashtag Hero Awards. Decker added, "Winning the Hashtag Hero Award was a huge surprise! The funds raised will be directed towards offering captivating STEAM-based programs for kids during the upcoming summer.
